Lakeshore Pickleball Club Classic Members Tournament September 16 & 17.
If you have already registered and paid the entry fee for the tournament, please check with your partner(s) to make sure that they have registered and paid their entry fee.
As August comes to an end, so do our Ladder Leagues and Intro to Pickleball Tuesday Nights. It’s been a great summer for our Ladders and the Intro to Pickleball sessions! A big THANK YOU to everyone who helped run the ladders for the last 4 months, and all of the loyal volunteers who helped teach and encourage the many new pickleball players/friends who attended the Intro to Pickleball sessions every Tuesday night starting in May.
These two programs are ending at Mulligan’s Hollow for the summer, but there are other opportunities for those who want to play in a Ladder League in September, or want to learn the basics of pickleball. The Northwest Ottawa Recreation Authority (NORA) is offering skill level Ladder Leagues at Schmidt Heritage Park during the month of September. You can find out more by going to NORA , and the Y offers an Intro to Pickleball clinic each month during the fall, winter and spring months. Dates will soon be set for these clinics and that info will be passed on to YMCA and LPC members.
