Become a PPR Certified Coach, July 11 in-person Training
Dear LPC members,
Here is a great opportunity for any members who are interested in becoming a certified instructor/coach:
PPR (Professional Pickleball Registry) is the home of certification, education and resources needed to become a qualified pickleball instructor.
PPR would like to offer an in-person training workshop in our area on July 11 from 9 am-3 pm with Taylor Taylor as the instructor. Taylor is an amazing coach as well as being a professional pickleball player!
If you enjoy teaching others how to play pickleball, and/or want to instruct and coach players at a higher level, this workshop will provide the skill and knowledge to become a qualified and certified pickleball instructor/coach.
Here is the information you need to know:
PPR certification provides insurance coverage while teaching/coaching.
There is online coursework to be completed before the workshop, and also testing after. PPR ($200/year) and USA Pickleball membership ($35/year) is required, and there is a fee for the workshop ($147)

For this workshop to take place, we need a minimum of 8 people to enroll in the certification workshop.
Once we get an idea of how many are interested in the training, you will get more information about how to officially enroll in the July 11 workshop.
