Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless

Lakeshore Pickleball Club is a non-profit organization established for the purpose of promoting and facilitating the sport of pickleball. Those who engage in activities sponsored, promoted or facilitated by Lakeshore Pickleball Club attend and participate at their own risk and waive and release Lakeshore Pickleball Club from any and all claims for personal injury or property damage that may arise from participation in the activities including exposure to any viral or biological pathogen such as the COVID-19 virus. Participants in Lakeshore Pickleball Club activities agree to have sufficient insurance or resources to cover the expenses related to personal injury, injury caused to others or damage to property; and participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lakeshore Pickleball Club from all claims for damages or injury that arise in connection with such activities.
